Cherry tomato sauce
SALSA PRONTA DI POMODORO CILIEGINO DI PACHINO IGP.
This anything-but ordinary tomato sauce captures the essence of the Sicilian fishing village where it was made. The famous Pachino cherry tomato - which forms grape-like clusters and is known for its intense sweetness - is grown only in southwestern Sicily. Its natural properties are kept unaltered in the able hands of the Campisi family, who has been fishing and serving meals to generations of Sicilians. It's ideal for any Italian Foodies pasta dish you're craving, or savour it in a Bloody Mary!
Cherry tomatoes (98%), basil, onion, olive oil, sea salt, sugar
Simmer a clove of garlic or some chopped onion in a pan with a little extra virgin oil and add the tomato sauce. Cook on a medium flame for about two minutes. Add salt and fresh basil and stir through pasta. Once opened, store in the fridge and consume within a few days.
