This recipe is a perfect end for a romantic dinner and it will win kids love in just one bite.

As Oscar Wild says, “I can resist anything except temptation”. And if he cannot, why should we do!?!?!

Ingredients for 4 persons

180 gr. of Ecuadorian chocolate 70% by Ciomod

125 gr. of milk

30 gr. of icing sugar

1 orange

250 gr. of single cream

Prepare the ingredients. Mince the chocolate. In a milk pan, warm on a low fire the milk with the orange bark. Once it boils, add the icing sugar using a whisk, in order to avoid lumps, and pour it in bowl over the minced chocolate.

Do the mousse. With a tablespoon, mix the chocolate with the hot milk, in order to let them combine together. Once mixed, take out the orange bark and let it cool. In the meantime, with the electric whisk whip the cream until it forms stiff peaks. With bottom-up movements, combine the liquid chocolate with the whipped cream, paying attention to not deflate it. Put the bowl in fridge for 4 hours.

Garnish and serve. Put the mousse in a pastry bag and use it to fill four little jar. Decorate with fresh fruits, wafer or whipped cream and serve cold.

Enjoy!

Grandma’s tip: When you peel the orange, pay attention to do not take the white part of the skin, because it is pretty bitter. Use only the orange part of the skin for the perfect orange note!
