Semi dried cherry tomatoes nibble ;-)

The only problem with these sundried tomatoes is that apparently you can't MARRY them. An absolute taste explosion that has ruined me on the supermarket sundried tomatoes, which are now so obviously sour and chewy. My husband and I are loving these pomodori ciliegini on crusty bread with cream cheese and hot schnitzel. Trust me.

Afternoon or aperitivo hour, the Aperol spritz is always right. Spritz Aperol is a light aperitif made from bitter liqueur, sparkling wine and soda water, by it's simplicity became very soon the symbol of the italian lifestyle.  Recipe Ingredients: 3 parts of Prosecco D.O.C. 2 parts of Aperol 1 splash of Soda 1 orange Start putting some ice blocks into a large glass then add a slice of orange, now you can add the Prosecco D.O.C. first then the Aperol and at the end add a splash of Soda. Super easy, super tasting ;-) Enjoy!
