New extra-virgin oil ID system has launched

The Chamber of Commerce of Bari (South of Italy) has launched an extra-virgin olive oil identification system to help tackle fraudulent production and to recognise quality oil. The new system "In Oleo Veritas" helps to identify extra-virgin olive oil throughout the supply chain.
